Account & Authentication Issues
If you see authentication errors or permission denied messages, your Google connection may have expired. Please reconnect your AdMob or Google Ads account from within AHSync.

Export & Report Configuration Errors
Some dimensions and metrics cannot be used together. If your export fails, review your selected fields and date range configuration.

Rate Limits & API Quotas
Google APIs may temporarily limit requests if too many queries are sent in a short period of time. If you encounter a quota error, please wait a few minutes before retrying.
Billing & Subscription Questions
For plan upgrades, subscription renewals, or refund requests, please include your registered email address when contacting support so we can locate your account quickly.
How to Report a Technical Issue

- Your selected date range
